Behavioral Health Specialist

Phoenixville Free Clinic (PFC) is a healthcare clinic serving the Greater Phoenixville Region. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to the uninsured in an atmosphere that fosters dignity and respect for our patients. PFC serves more than 1,700 patients per year, employs a team of full-time and part-time professionals, and utilizes volunteers in healthcare and public health to ensure we are meeting the needs of the community.
PFC recently developed and implemented a holistic Community Behavioral Health Program to address the critical mental health needs of our community and to improve health outcomes for our patients. This new service will integrate with our primary care and specialty services to support individuals, couples, and families. We are looking for someone to join our team as a part-time bilingual Behavioral Health Specialist, assisting the Program Manager and seeing patients.

The Behavioral Health Specialist will provide individual, couples, family and group therapy to a diverse population. They will report and assist the Behavioral Health Program Manager/LCSW with program development and evaluation.

Phoenixville Free Clinic (PFC) is a healthcare clinic serving the Greater Phoenixville Region. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to the uninsured in an atmosphere that fosters dignity and respect for our patients. PFC serves more than 1,700 patients per year, employs a team of full-time and part-time professionals, and utilizes volunteers in healthcare and public health to ensure we are meeting the needs of the community.
PFC is currently transitioning to an Electronic Health Record system and is in need of Portuguese Language Support. This individual will focus on translation and interpretation, accurately inputting data from our growing Portuguese-speaking population, ensuring data accuracy and minimizing errors as patients enter and exit the clinic.
